Yet another day of being snowed in!

Our backyard - 10 inches of snow

One of our crowded bird feeders

Some places have almost 3 feet. This is Arkansas for cryin' out loud!  Cars are getting stuck on the roads and the snow plows can't do their work. The TV doom-sayers (news) are saying that this is the most snowfall ever recorded in Northwestern Arkansas!

  1. All those amazing cowboys Ken! Are you pining for warmer days?? Right now I would swop a bit of our sweaty summer with you for at least a cooling minute! We've had it extra toasty this summer.

  2. Hi Liz. YES! I'm hoping that the cowboys might light a campfire & warms things up around here. Two or three days ago we had a low temp (official) of 24F below zero. Today the temp was mid-50s! I don't know whether I should wear my bermuda shorts or my long johns. :-) There's a saying that if you don't like this weather don't worry it will change in an hour. Almost literally true!

  3. Hello Ken,
I can see you have had a lot of snow in february.
Hope it melts away soon, and spring can come.
Where I live, in the middle of Norway, much snow has melted, and the temperature is higher than usual at this time of the year. So we have had some strange winterweather this year.
Thanks for your nice comment in my blog. I appreciate it very much.
Soon it's friday, so I say, have a nice weekend Ken.
    Greetings,
    Berit.
